Apparently, December 20, 1991 was a slow news day. Here’s what I found:
·
· The film Beauty and the Beast was released to theaters in the
But I wasn’t really paying attention to the news that day. I was busily preparing for this event:
· Mark Horne married Jennifer Burkett on this cold (65 degrees) and windy Friday evening at Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
Sixteen years, 5 states, 9 moves, 4 kids, and many memories later, it is still the best thing I have done in my life. I am thankful for a godly husband who loves me for me. I am truly blessed.
Good grief, are you the parents of Nevin and Evangeline, or what?
Your dress was beautiful, love the sleeves.
Yes. I guess that photo of me with head down really shows the resemblance between Evangeline and me. I still think of Nevin as looking like my side of the family though.
But every time you post pictures of your kids on your blog, I see some new resemblance to your or Clay that I didn’t notice before.
Thanks for the compliment on the dress. It was a $600 dress I got for $100 in a little bridal boutique that I only entered to browse. I just can’t stand not sharing my bargain story.
That was a very special day for us, as well!
Happy Anniversary! I remember looking through your wedding album all those years ago and the pretty Christmas decorations at the church. May your “Sweet Sixteen” be joyous and may you be blessed with many, many more happy years!
Happy Anniversary to you!
Happy 16th!!!
Wow, you look just like Evangeline in that picture with you head down – amazing!
Happy (belated) Anniversary, you two!!!
Thanks everyone for stopping by. We had a wonderful anniversary because of the help of some great friends who took the kids for the night.
Very belatedly, Happy Anniversary!
