If John McCain were Ron Paul on the issues or better, I still wouldn’t vote for him. Since he is who he is, I can actually be glad I’m not voting for him.
Liberal folk still fume about what happened to Bill Clinton regarding morals. I’m impenitent. I just want to see the same standards required of “our guys.”

Because of McCain’s personal character, I too dislike (and almost despise) him. I somewhat like Obama, but I am put off by his wife’s racism (against whites and Jews). So now we have a choice between a philanderer and a somewhat racist candidate who has a messiah complex. We’ll have change…what’s left in your pocket.
Despite always (in the past) being an advocate of voting and not anti-political head-in-the-sand like some Christians I know, I think I will sit this election out.

I’m voting for him because I live in a swing state and I think he is the only hope the unborn have this time. Yes, it’s a slim one. I don’t like him at all. But Scalia and Thomas are getting older, and we are so close to meaningful change on the Court. I hate that he is the nominee this time. I can’t believe I’m saying it, but I wish Romney had won.

I was reading a drudge linked article about cindy mccain responding to Michelle Obama. The end of the article said
“Mrs. McCain is currently touring Vietnam in support of Operation Smile, a non-profit organization that provides facial reconstruction surgery.”
Somewhat ironic, no? Oh the depths of the human psyche.
I hate all politics. I choose not to decide. I still have made a choice.
