Note to mobile operators: stop whining and start informing

I use AT&T and have an LG flip phone.

I have no idea what it costs to go “online” through the device.

I have no idea if the “webmall” costs just to browse.

I have no idea what ringtones or games might cost.

I have no idea how I am supposed to pay for them (phone bill?).

If you want people to use your services, start explaining them and what they cost.  Complaining about how slowly users are buying into your mobile economy sounds kind of stupid.
