Strangers and aliens 1 Reply Ephesians 2.19 refers to Gentiles but I accidentally stumbled on this, which seems quite interesting.
Jim January 29, 2007 at 9:47 am I don’t have the citations with me, but vis-a-vis holy place, God calls all of the non-Aaronic people “strangers” and forbids them to approach. Vis-a-vis God’s tabernacle, God calls all of the non-Levites “strangers” and forbids them to approach. Vis-a-vis the passover, God calls all the uncircumsized “strangers” and forbids them to approach. The approaching is the concession, because we are all strangers before a holy God, except that he take away our sin. Reply ↓
