The MVP Report: A Tentative Timeline of Events.

For what it is worth, I can substantiate claim #15 from personal experience. Actually, I can substantiate other stuff, but it is a matter of public documents that are available to anyone who bothers to check the sources and compare statements.

What is interesting here, to me, is the only interaction that occured between the committee members and the objects of investigation was, at the insistence of the chairman, devoid of theological discussion. On the other hand, there have been, thus far, two presbyteries who have made a point of allowing the targets to give their own testimony and be cross-examined by their committee: Louisiana Presbytery and Pacific Northwest Presbytery. Both came to dramatically different conclusions than the MVP report.
