Mom, I expect it might be on account of cornflake potato casseroles or something like that. I don’t make that dish, but it sounds like a possible popular Christmas side. Finding no cornflakes, I looked for a generic cornflake cereal, and then any other cereal which looked like a fair substitute. But I found nothing. The crushed Ritz crackers were a delicious solution!

Also, this looks really yummy. Someone made a similar chicken recipe for us, but with BBQ potato chips instead of cornflakes and parm cheese. It was dee-lish. I will have to try this one.
