…Grammy Ruth!!

Congratulations!!

Ruth — please choose your favorite of the three books pictured here…and it will be on its way to you shortly.

To all the participants: you are all winners regardless if you’re getting a book out of the deal or not! Doesn’t it feel great to have the house just a little bit cleaner?? Hooray!

Oh, wow! I can’t believe it! I never win anything! Well, I can’t say that anymore.

My choice is _Organizing From the Inside Out_ by Julie Morgenstern, and I thank you very much!!

Hmm, the “random” winner just happens to be your MIL?? Sounds a little suspicious to me . . . or maybe I’m just a sore loser.

    Congratulations, Ruth! Really.

And the contest motivated me not only to clean more, but the idea of cleaning up spiritual clutter was part of the Advent devotional I gave at last night’s women’s Christmas tea at church, so thanks, Tricia! An inspiring contest.

Kristi – I KNOW!! I figured someone would think I rigged it.

Thanks Everyone for the kind words. I love that I got to host some fun, and get my house a whole lot cleaner while doing it!

Kristi, would it make you feel better if I promise to pass the book along to you once I’ve “got my house in order” so to speak?

I do hope you’ll share your Advent devotional on your blog.

Well, I had to be that someone! I hope you know I was just joking, though.

And Ruth, you are an extremely gracious winner! And it’s not really about the book, I just like to win (and I never win contests!). Maybe I’ll get the book through interlibrary loan (I looked in the Richardson library catalog and it’s listed as “lost,” oh the irony).

Thanks for the idea about sharing the devo on my blog — I will post it soon!
