We all have limitations and the taxpayer shouldn’t be forced to even the world out. I don’t think it’ll even be even in Heaven.

It’s a typical legal response though isn’t, “He said he wouldn’t tell officials how to fix the problem, but he ordered them to begin working on it”. So many folk like to point out problems but expect others to fix them.

I think the judge’s reasoning may be a bit naive on some points (“It’s only 5% of 4.2 billion dollars, after all”), and bench legislation bites, but heck, it’s a good idea. Now if we could just get the kooks on Capitol Hill to actually do something about this…
